Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TickClip, including the website, AI shopping assistant, public deal and verdict pages, accounts, and related features (together, the Service).
By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TickClip.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
You may use TickClip only where the Service and your use of it are lawful.
What TickClip Provides
TickClip is a shopping decision layer. You can submit an Amazon product link or describe what you need, and TickClip may return a Tick, Clip, or Skip verdict with available price history, marketplace rating signals, seller context, demand evidence, comparisons, and verified promotional information.
- Tick means the available evidence supports buying now.
- Clip means wait, watch, or gather more evidence.
- Skip means the available evidence indicates poor value or material risk.
Features, supported retailers, data sources, and availability can change over time.
Verdicts Are Informational Guidance
Verdicts, confidence values, prices, comparisons, and explanations are informational estimates based on data available when a result is produced. They are not financial, investment, legal, medical, safety, or other professional advice.
- Prices, stock, sellers, ratings, and offers can change at any time.
- Confidence describes evidence coverage; it does not guarantee that a purchase is right for you.
- A manipulation flag is a caution signal to investigate, not proof of wrongdoing.
- You remain responsible for checking the retailer's final price, terms, compatibility, condition, warranty, and return policy before purchasing.
AI-Generated Output
Some responses are generated or summarized with artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, stale, or incorrect even when it appears confident. TickClip uses structured evidence and publication controls, but does not guarantee that every response is accurate or suitable for every purpose.
Do not rely on TickClip for emergency, regulated, professional, or safety-critical decisions. Report a material error so it can be reviewed.
Prices, Availability, and Promotional Codes
Prices and availability shown by TickClip are snapshots and may differ from the retailer at checkout. Taxes, shipping, subscriptions, variants, membership pricing, seller changes, regional restrictions, and eligibility requirements can affect the final price.
Promotional codes may be submitted by third parties and screened before display. We show codes we reasonably believe are valid when checked, but cannot guarantee that a code will remain active, apply to your account, work for a particular variant, or remain in stock.
TickClip does not invent promotional codes or intentionally present an unverified submission as a confirmed discount.
Retailer Links and Independence
TickClip currently focuses on Amazon listings. Amazon and related marks belong to Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates. TickClip is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon.
Product and seller information originates from retailers or authorized data sources and remains subject to their accuracy, availability, terms, and privacy practices. An outbound link takes you to a third-party service that TickClip does not control.
TickClip does not sell placement or let sellers pay to change rankings, scores, or verdicts.
TickClip currently earns no affiliate commission when you follow a retailer link. If that business model changes, TickClip will disclose the relationship clearly and keep compensation separate from editorial scoring.
Accounts and Anonymous Use
You can use supported parts of TickClip without an account. An anonymous conversation can be associated with an identifier stored in your browser so you can return to it. If you create an account, you may be able to claim that history.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in method. Provide accurate account information, do not share access improperly, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
- Scrape, harvest, resell, republish, or systematically extract the Service or its data without written permission.
- Submit false, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unlawful content.
- Manipulate promotional codes, product information, rankings, scores, or verdict signals.
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
- Probe, scan, reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or introduce malware into the Service.
- Use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or interferes with other users.
- Misrepresent TickClip output, remove attribution, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
We may investigate misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others.
Submissions and Feedback
If you submit feedback, correction reports, product information, or promotional information, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not knowingly false or unlawful.
You grant TickClip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, evaluate, secure, and improve the Service. You retain any ownership rights you otherwise have.
Intellectual Property
TickClip, its software, design, original analysis, methodology, and branding are owned by TickClip or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these terms, TickClip grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for lawful shopping decisions. No ownership right is transferred to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or rely on retailers, authentication providers, AI providers, data services, and other third parties. TickClip does not control their services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, pricing, policies, or conduct.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Service Changes and Suspension
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the Service. We may restrict or terminate access when you materially violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the Service.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of a material discontinuation. Some interruptions may occur without notice for security, maintenance, or events outside our control.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. TickClip disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that a verdict, price, promotional code, product detail, seller signal, or AI response is complete, current, or accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickClip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or a purchase, return, or retailer dispute arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, TickClip's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new updated date and, where appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
