These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TickClip: our website, the TickClip AI assistant, verdict pages, and any related features (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TickClip.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the product.

TickClip is a decision layer for shopping. You paste an Amazon product link or describe what you want, and we return a clear verdict: Tick (buy it), Clip (watch it), or Skip (avoid it), alongside price intelligence, review trust signals, and any verified promo codes we hold.

We work for you, the shopper. We are not paid by sellers to change a verdict, and our verdicts are produced from data signals, not paid placement.

A verdict and its confidence score are informational estimates generated from available data, such as price history, review sentiment, and demand signals. They are not financial, investment, or professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of outcome.

• Prices, availability, and offers change constantly and may differ from what we last recorded.

• Confidence reflects data completeness, not certainty that a purchase is right for you.

• You are responsible for your own purchase decisions.

Some results include promo codes that have been submitted to TickClip and approved through our validation process. We show codes we believe to be active and verified at the time of display, but we cannot guarantee that a code will still work, that stock will remain, or that a final price will match by the time you reach the checkout.

If a code does not work, you can report it so we can re-check or remove it. We never invent codes or fabricate discounts from unverified text.

TickClip currently focuses on products listed on Amazon. We may use affiliate links, which means we can earn a commission when you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate participation never influences a verdict.

Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. TickClip is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon. Product information shown through TickClip originates from Amazon or other authorized sources and remains subject to their accuracy and availability.

You can use TickClip AI without an account. An anonymous conversation is stored locally in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. If you create an account, you can claim that conversation and keep your history across devices.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute our verdicts or data without permission.

• Submit false or misleading promo codes or product information.

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

• Use the Service to break any applicable law or a third party’s rights.

TickClip, the Tick, Clip, and Skip verdict language, our methodology, and the look and feel of the Service are owned by TickClip and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for your own shopping decisions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that verdicts, prices, or promo codes will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickClip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any purchase you make based on a verdict. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
