Does Amazon Review Checker read individual review text?
No. The current assessment uses marketplace rating, rating count, dated count movement, and dated average-rating movement. It does not claim to inspect wording, reviewer profiles, verified-purchase labels, or sentiment when those fields are unavailable.
Does a high-risk result prove that Amazon reviews are fake?
No. It identifies an unusual marketplace pattern that deserves manual checking. Launches, promotions, media coverage, variation merges, product revisions, and organic demand can also produce rapid changes. TickClip reports the observation without assigning intent.
Why can a listing with excellent stars stay inconclusive?
A strong average is not enough when the sample is very small or the dated history is missing. The checker needs enough observations and elapsed time to compare movement. Without that coverage, certainty would be invented rather than measured.
What does review-count velocity mean?
It is the change between the earliest and latest valid rating-count observations relative to the starting count. Unusual growth becomes a caution or high-risk signal, but the tool does not assume why the growth happened.
Can Amazon variations share the same review history?
Amazon can group several variations under one parent listing, and displayed ratings may reflect that grouping. Confirm color, size, capacity, pack count, condition, and model before applying the result to the selected offer.
